We’re looking for a detail-oriented Social Media Strategist to help turn educational mortgage topics into clear, engaging Instagram carousel content for three loan officers. This is be a monthly contract, expecting to be 5-8 hours total per month.
This role focuses on simplifying content, coordinating with our designer, managing approvals, and scheduling posts.
*Key Responsibilities
* Take client-provided ideas and turn them into simple content outlines (no heavy strategy work required)
* Assign and communicate clearly with our graphic designer
* Ensure each post is created for 3 individuals (same content, just updated to their brand colors)
* Write captions tailored to each person’s tone
* Upload content to Notion for client review and manage feedback
* Coordinate revisions with the designer
* Schedule and post content using Meta Business Suite
Deliverables
3 finalized posts per topic (one for each loan officer)
3 unique captions per post (tone-specific)
Clean, error-free content ready for publishing
Organized uploads and communication in Notion
