We are a platform provider only; we do not employ the users of this site nor do we act as an employment agency.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

• Submission: Employees may upload CVs to their profiles. By doing so, you grant onlinejobs.eu.com the right to display this document to registered Employers.
• View-Only Status: We provide a “view-only” environment for CVs and all other attachments. While we use technical measures to prevent downloads, we cannot 100% guarantee that a user will not use external methods (e.g., screenshots) to capture information.
• Content: You represent that you own or have the rights to the content in your CV and that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

Users agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use the site to harass, spam, or solicit users for services unrelated to job recruitment.
• Attempt to bypass the “View Only” restriction on CVs or scrape data from the Website.
• Post any content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing on intellectual property.

The Website is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any CV, other attachment or job posting.
• We do not guarantee that an Employee will find work or that an Employer will find a suitable candidate.
• We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, onlinejobs.eu.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or disputes between Employees and Employers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Telegram). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
