We are looking for a Strategic Systems Architect with deep expertise in WordPress, HubSpot, and membership/subscription systems to design and implement a scalable marketing and monetization infrastructure for an EdTech brand.
I am the founder of Tashi Non-Stop, a creative children’s learning platform designed to transform passive screen time into active learning adventures for homeschooling families and neurodivergent learners.
Our website is built on WordPress, and our CRM and marketing automation platform is HubSpot. We currently have three courses ready for launch, and we want to build a high-performance marketing funnel and automated backend that supports:
– Individual course sales
– Institutional licensing (schools, libraries, homeschool groups)
– A future Netflix-style subscription learning club
The goal is to integrate all systems into a seamless, scalable revenue engine.
Current Tech Stack:
– CMS: WordPress (live website)

Your mission is to connect these tools into a fully automated marketing and sales system.
Project Scope:
1. Pricing Strategy & Monetization Architecture:
We need help designing a pricing structure that supports both B2C and institutional buyers.
Responsibilities include:
– Advising on price anchoring strategy (example: $59 individual courses vs $25/month subscription).
– Structuring institutional licensing tiers for schools, libraries, and homeschool co-ops.
– Designing bundle and upsell pathways to convert individual buyers into recurring subscribers.
2. WordPress + HubSpot Integration:
Build a deep integration between
WordPress and HubSpot to automate the entire customer lifecycle.
Tasks may include:
– Implementing bridge tools such as WP Fusion
– Syncing WordPress user activity with HubSpot tags and workflows
– Automating: Course access and login credentials Email nurture sequences Customer segmentation Membership status tracking
– Implementing payment retry (dunning) workflows
– Creating win-back campaigns for cancelled members
3. Institutional Licensing & B2B Sales System:
Design and implement a B2B licensing flow.
Responsibilities include:
– Creating a “Request a Quote” system for schools and libraries
– Syncing leads directly with HubSpot pipelines
– Implementing bulk seat management via membership tools such as:
MemberPress
LearnDash
Goal: enable one administrator to manage 30+ student accounts under a single license.
4. Interactive Community & Safety System:
We are building a moderated creative community called “Frame of Fame.”
Responsibilities include:
– Secure student artwork upload forms
-Moderation queue for content approval
– Automated notifications to parents after approval
– Ensuring compliance with child data safety standards such as: COPPA CIPA
5. Visual Content Library & Asset Delivery
We want the platform to feel like a Netflix-style learning library for kids.
Tasks include:
– Creating an intuitive video browsing experience in WordPress
– Organizing lessons for independent navigation by children
– Delivering downloadable materials including:
High-quality printable PDFs Interactive flipbooks
– Implementing content protection mechanisms to reduce unauthorized sharing.
Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for someone who combines technical implementation with growth strategy.
You should have experience with:
– WordPress membership/subscription systems
– HubSpot automation and CRM workflows
– Course platforms or learning management systems
– B2B licensing or SaaS-style pricing models
– EdTech platforms or children’s learning environments
This role is not purely design, we are looking for someone who can build and configure the entire backend system.
