Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist (Fashion E-commerce | Portugal & Spain | Low Budget Project)

We are seeking an experienced email marketing specialist to set up essential Klaviyo email flows for our two Shopify dropshipping stores targeting Portugal and Spain. All flows must be implemented twice with localized content where appropriate.

Target Audience:
Women aged 35–55 in Portugal and Spain

Scope of Work:

Create and implement the following email flows for both stores:Order confirmation
Newsletter subscription confirmation
Abandoned cart flow
Abandoned checkout flow

Requirements:

Proven experience with Klaviyo setup and automation
Ability to design clean, professional, and conversion-focused emails
Understanding of e-commerce customer journeys
Basic localization skills (Portuguese & Spanish; translations can be simple or assisted)

Design Expectations:

Simple, elegant layouts
Mobile-friendly and responsive design
Use of a few high-quality images (assets provided if needed)
Clear structure and functionality without overcomplication

Project Details:

Two Shopify stores (Portugal & Spain)
Same flows implemented for both stores
Fixed budget: €100
Focus on functionality and clean execution

Responsibilities:

Set up flows in Klaviyo from scratch
Design email templates
Ensure correct triggers and flow functionality
Test flows prior to delivery
