We are a B2B cold email and LinkedIn outreach agency working with high-ticket clients. We handle sales, onboarding, and client relationships internally. We are seeking a GTM & Outreach Specialist to take ownership of ~95% of the delivery work end-to-end, from strategy through execution and optimization. This is a long-term, ongoing role for a self-driven professional who thrives with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Go-To-Market Strategy (per client):
SAM mapping and niche research
Define ICP targeting strategies and capitalize on intent signals
Cold Email:
Lead list building and workflow setup (data enrichment, segmentation, email verification, AI qualification, personalization)
Copywriting and email sequencing
Campaign execution following deliverability best practices
Deliverability monitoring and optimization
Handling positive replies in the email inbox
LinkedIn Outreach:
Content creation and scheduling
Campaign automation and copywriting
Handling replies in the LinkedIn inbox
Reporting:
Daily end-of-day summaries on assigned workdays
Weekly high-level performance summaries when requested
Responsibilities You Will NOT Handle:
Sales or client acquisition
Onboarding calls
Billing or payments
Direct client communication (unless explicitly assigned)
Requirements:
Proven B2B cold email experience (case studies required)
Ability to run end-to-end campaigns independently
Strong cold outreach copywriting skills
Deep understanding of email deliverability best practices
Experience with LinkedIn outreach and automation
Familiarity with tools such as Instantly, LinkedHelper, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay AI, n8n, and other workflow/enrichment tools
Compensation:
Fixed monthly rate (aligned with project scope, complexity, and revenue impact)
