Sales Development Representative (1-Week Sprint) – B2B SaaS
We are a B2B SaaS platform in the MVP stage, building AI-powered screening workflows that help hiring teams evaluate candidates using voice, text, code, and structured scoring. We are seeking a freelance Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a short-term outreach sprint.
Role Overview
Duration: 1 week (20–40 hours, flexible)
Objective: Generate leads and book qualified demos
Work from a provided list of 200–300 target companies
Target Audience
Founders and hiring leaders at early-stage startups
Heads of Talent / Recruiting (20–200 employee companies)
Engineering Managers at scaling SaaS, fintech, and hardware startups
Responsibilities
Execute outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn
Qualify prospects using a provided script
Book 10–15 qualified discovery/demo calls
Track activity and responses in Google Sheets
Deliver clear, consistent messaging around the product’s value
Requirements
Proven outbound sales experience in B2B SaaS (HR/recruiting tech preferred)
Strong written communication skills
Self-motivated and able to manage follow-ups independently
Access to LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator
Familiarity with Apollo or similar tools is a plus
Compensation
Fixed Fee: $120 for the 1-week sprint
Performance Bonus: $20 per booked demo
