Reddit Marketing Specialist – E-commerce (Gardening & Grow Systems)
About Us:
We are an independent e-commerce brand selling plant grow lights and irrigation systems for indoor growers, hydroponic hobbyists, and home gardeners.

Project Overview
We are looking for a Reddit marketing specialist who understands subreddit culture and can drive targeted traffic without violating rules or appearing promotional.

Responsibilities
1. Subreddit Audit

Analyze 10–15 relevant subreddits
Document link policies, posting limits, and content types
Estimate potential reach per subreddit
2. Strategy Development

Create a Reddit marketing plan focused on value-driven engagement
Provide sample post ideas and comment strategies
Outline methods for building karma and credibility
Suggest traffic strategies (guides, profile links, communities, etc.)
Optional: Reddit Ads strategy
Define tracking approach (UTMs, conversions)
3. Campaign Execution (2 Weeks)

Publish 5–8 organic posts/comments across 3–5 subreddits
Engage with users discussing lighting and irrigation solutions
4. Reporting

Weekly report including:Posts/comments made
Engagement (upvotes, comments, saves)
Click-throughs (UTM tracking)
Conversions (if available)

Requirements
Proven experience promoting products on Reddit (examples required)
Deep understanding of subreddit rules and community behavior
Ability to write naturally and authentically (non-promotional tone)
Familiarity with gardening, hydroponics, or grow lights is a strong plus

Budget
Project-based or hourly (please specify your rate)
