Are you a natural leader with a sharp eye for performance and a passion for driving results? We’re looking for a Chatter Manager / Shift Lead to join our growing team and take charge of our overnight operations.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage a team of chatters during (preferably) the graveyard shift (In CET)
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and keep the team motivated
• Ensure all communication meets agency standards and compliance
• Drive sales through strategy, coaching, and optimization
• Solve problems in real-time and keep operations running smoothly

What We Offer:

• Base Salary: $850/month
• +1% commission on total team/shift sales
• Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, results-driven environment

*You will have one day off per week and 10h/per day, So keep that in mind please.*
