This role will primarily focus on candidate outreach via LinkedIn, identifying and engaging logistics professionals, building relationships, and creating a strong pipeline of talent. You will play a key role in generating candidate interest, starting conversations, and qualifying individuals before passing them through to senior team members. Over time, you will progress into managing candidate relationships, supporting recruitment processes, and ultimately taking ownership of full recruitment cycles. Alongside outreach, you will contribute to research, market mapping, and pipeline development.
