Our phone system (BT cloud) will divert unanswered calls to an AI number.

We need someone to build a system where:

AI answers incoming calls professionally
Collects basic caller information:
Full name
Phone number
Reason for call
Property address (if relevant)
After the call, an email is automatically sent to our enquiries inbox with structured details
