Key Responsibilities:
Conduct B2B lead research and build targeted lists of decision-makers
Execute cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, or other compliant channels
Manage follow-ups and ongoing prospect conversations
Pre-qualify leads based on defined criteria
Book qualified calls directly on the calendar
Maintain organized tracking and reporting of outreach activities
Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
Number of qualified booked calls
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B appointment setting or sales development
Strong written English with personalized, non-spam outreach
Ability to generate leads, not just execute outreach
Clear understanding of lead qualification
Organized reporting with consistent performance metrics
Experience working with founders or agencies is a plus
