Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition on a 100% commission basis. You will generate leads, build relationships, and close new clients. This is a high-reward role for experienced B2B sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify prospective clients (SMBs) for fractional CFO services
Reach decision-makers via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and referrals
Present services and close deals independently
Maintain a CRM pipeline and track activity
Provide market insights to refine offerings
Requirements:
Proven B2B sales experience (professional services, consulting, or finance preferred)
Comfortable with high-value deals and long sales cycles
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) a plus
Compensation:
100% commission: flat fee per client upon closing
Potential repeat commission or bonus for retained clients
