MCP Plugin Developer – Claude Cowork
Location: Remote
Type: Contract / Project-based

We are building an AI-powered operations service for small and mid-sized businesses via Claude Cowork and need an experienced MCP (Model Context Protocol) developer to design and implement 3 custom Cowork Plugins.

Project Overview
You will build three complete Cowork Plugins, each tailored for a specific business vertical (e.g., marketing agency, professional services firm, e-commerce operator). Each Plugin must:

Connect to MCP-compatible tools: Google Drive, Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, Xero, Asana.
Include pre-configured scheduled workflows: daily briefings, weekly performance reports, invoice monitoring, CRM pipeline health checks, competitor digests.
Installable in Claude Cowork: leverage standard Plugin architecture, requiring no custom client infrastructure.
Multi-account reliability: function correctly across multiple clients with different credentials and folder structures.

Deliverables
Three complete, tested Cowork Plugins (one per vertical).
Prompt library: 30+ core prompts per Plugin.
Plain-English setup guides: written for non-technical users.
Recorded walkthrough session: demonstrating each Plugin end-to-end.
Post-delivery support: 30 days for bug fixes and connector issues.

Requirements
Proven experience developing MCP-compatible Plugins for Claude Cowork.
Ability to design robust multi-tool connectors and automated workflows.
Strong knowledge of prompt design and AI-assisted task automation.
Ability to write clear documentation for non-technical users.
Fast and clear communication; ability to work directly with the founder.

Paid test task ($200–300) to verify MCP experience.
