We are looking for a talented Creative Strategist to help scale Clara Planning, a digital budget planner specifically designed for women. We are at a stage where we want to move beyond “basic” ads and implement a high-performing creative testing roadmap to lower our CPA and increase our ROAS on Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

Your Mission:
Audit & Research: Analyze our current ad performance and conduct deep competitive research (especially in the French/European/Quebec market).
Creative Strategy: Develop new “angles” (Pain point, Desire, Comparison, Aesthetic/ASMR, Educational).
Briefing: Write high-converting scripts for UGC (User Generated Content) and detailed briefs for static/video editors. Performance Tracking: Analyze weekly data to see which “hooks” and “vibe” are winning and iterate quickly.

Requirements:
Native or Bilingual French is mandatory.
You must understand the nuances of the French-speaking female audience (language, cultural triggers, financial habits).
Proven experience as a Creative Strategist for E-commerce or Digital Products.
Expertise in Meta Ads Library and creative testing methodologies (like the 3:2:2 method or similar).
Ability to bridge the gap between “data” and “psychology.”
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a “Clara” persona brand.
