Scope:
User login/authentication (Outseta or similar)
Access control (users see only assigned PDFs)
Secure file storage & delivery (Amazon S3)
Embedded PDF viewer (PDF.js) with watermarking (user/email)
Clean, scalable, and simple architecture
Requirements:
Experience with Outseta (or similar), Amazon S3, PDF.js
Web app architecture & API integration
Focus on security and controlled content delivery
