We are looking for a results-driven Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to own and optimize our email and SMS marketing channels. You will be responsible for building high-performing campaigns, automations, and segmentation strategies that drive revenue, engagement, and customer retention.
Develop and execute email and SMS marketing strategies using Klaviyo
Build and optimize automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, etc.)
Create engaging campaigns aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
Segment audiences for targeted and personalized messaging
Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights (A/B testing, deliverability, CTR, conversion rates)
Manage list growth strategies and ensure compliance with email marketing best practices
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality assets
Monitor and improve email deliverability and sender reputation
Requirements:
Proven experience managing Klaviyo accounts (eCommerce preferred) Strong understanding of email marketing strategies, flows, and customer lifecycle Experience with segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing Ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions
