Responsibilities:
Launch & optimize Meta (FB/IG) campaigns
Manage Google Ads (Search + Local Service Ads)
Build/manage pipelines, workflows, automations in Go High Level (GHL)
Track KPIs: cost per lead, show rate, close rate
Communicate performance updates with clients
Collaborate with creative & funnel teams
Requirements:
2+ years running ads for construction businesses
Advanced knowledge of GHL (pipelines, forms, automations, calendars)
Comfortable client-facing and proactive problem-solving
Understand full lead journey (from click to closed project)
Nice to Have:
Experience with Local Service Ads (LSAs)
Call tracking & attribution experience
Agency experience
Familiarity with project-based sales cycles
