Project: Village — a co-parenting app with features like shared inventory, task management, custody calendar, and AI-powered pack reminders.

Current Status:

✅ UI fully built (all screens designed)
✅ Complex Dart logic implemented (custody patterns, timezone-safe logic)
✅ Firestore schema engineered (Family Hub model)

Scope (Backend Focus Only):

Firebase Authentication
Firestore integration + Security Rules
FCM push notifications
Cloud Functions (AI-powered reminders)
RevenueCat subscription setup

Key Feature to Support:

AI Pack Reminder (uses custody calendar + weather data)
