B2B Social Media Strategist (LinkedIn + Instagram)
We are seeking an experienced social media strategist to lead both strategy and execution across LinkedIn and Instagram for a B2B/service-based company. The focus is on positioning, authority building, and generating measurable business results—not just content production.
Scope of Work:
LinkedIn:
Develop and execute authority-driven strategy
Manage business page and personal brand
Create thought leadership content
Drive organic reach, engagement, and inbound opportunities
Instagram:
Develop feed, Stories, and Reels strategy
Maintain brand voice and visual consistency
Manage community engagement
Grow followers and engagement organically
Across Both Platforms:
Create and manage a unified content calendar
Ensure consistent messaging and positioning
Track performance and provide reporting
Requirements:
4+ years managing LinkedIn and Instagram for B2B or service-based brands
Proven results (growth, engagement, or revenue attribution with metrics)
Strong expertise in LinkedIn (business pages, personal branding, thought leadership)
Solid understanding of Instagram for B2B audiences
Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end execution
Nice to Have:
Experience with LinkedIn Ads and/or Meta Ads
Experience building scalable content systems
Preferred Industry Experience:
SaaS, Legal Tech, Education, Real Estate, Professional Services
